Urimil Glyco Gard is an advanced formula that provides comprehensive care for optimal blood sugar levels, peripheral nervous system health, and good vision. Urimil Glyco Gard contains 16 active ingredients in optimal doses.

  • Uridine and cytidine - biologically active substances that belong to the group of pyrimidine nucleotides. As building blocks, they participate in the structure of nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) and have key roles in the construction and metabolism of the nervous system. The formula of Urimyl Glyco Guard has been upgraded with 20% more uridine monophosphate compared to Urimyl Glyco.
  • FloraGLO® Lutein - is a naturally derived lutein, renowned for its quality, safety and effectiveness. It is the first global pharmaceutical lutein brand with over 25 years of history, proven in over 100 clinical studies. As a normal component of the macula, lutein is important for its health and function, and FloraGLO® has been shown to increase the density of natural pigment in this ocular structure. Its free, non-esterified form provides optimal bioavailability, which is further enhanced by Actilease® microencapsulation technology.
  • Cinnamon - a widely used spice that is extracted from the bark of the cinnamon tree. It is often recommended for improving blood sugar control due to the fact that it can slow the entry of glucose into the bloodstream after a meal. These effects have been observed in studies with about 2 grams of cinnamon per day (de Moura et al., 2024). Such an amount is difficult to achieve for direct intake by many people due to its significant volume and the specific taste of cinnamon, so at Urimil Glyco Guard we have relied on a concentrated extract, suitable for easy intake in capsule form.
  • Turmeric - another spice that has been the subject of numerous studies due to its quality as a polyphenol with anti-inflammatory properties and its stimulating effect on the body's own antioxidant mechanisms. A series of studies have found a positive effect on markers of glycemic control (de Melo et al., 2018; Azhdari et al., 2019; Chien et al., 2021; Ashtary-Larky, 2021; Tian et al., 2022). These effects are due to the so-called curcuminoids, which unfortunately are not sufficiently concentrated in the root of the plant and are not well absorbed after direct ingestion of the spice. That is why at Urimil Glyco Gard we rely on a high-quality turmeric extract, standardized for 95% curcuminoid content.
  • Chromium - a key trace element that contributes to maintaining normal blood glucose concentration and the normal metabolism of macronutrients - carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
  • Vitamin B1 (thiamine) - contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, is important for normal heart function and helps with normal metabolism and energy production.
  • Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)  - contributes to maintaining normal vision, helps with cellular antioxidant protection, the normal condition of mucous membranes and skin, and the normal function of the nervous system.
  • Vitamin B3 (niacin) - Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, reduces the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain normal mental function.
  • Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) - Contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, supporting normal mental activity.
  • Vitamin B6 - Contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal synthesis of cysteine and the metabolism of homocysteine, participates in the regulation of hormonal activity and in the maintenance of immune function.
  • Vitamin B7 (biotin) - Contributes to normal neural and mental function, the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and is important for the health of the skin and mucous membranes.
  • Vitamin B9 (folic acid) - participates in the process of cell division and in the synthesis of amino acids, supports the normal function of the immune system.
  • Vitamin B12 - Vitamin B12 deficiency is relatively common and highly underestimated. This important element is involved in the normal course of metabolism and energy production and contributes to the reduction of feelings of fatigue and tiredness. It contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems.
  • Vitamin D - contributes to the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus and thus helps to maintain normal bones. It is also involved in normal muscle function, the functioning of the immune system and cell division.
  • Vitamin C - a key antioxidant in our diet that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. It also contributes to the normal course of metabolism and a number of other important functions: immune, neural and mental.
